In a few sentences, tell us about yourself
I’m a micro-influencer and blogger sharing my story of recovery from alcoholism and mental illness in order to end the stigma surrounding these conditions and provide hope to others who might be struggling. When I’m not running, I can be found, shopping, reading or cuddling my two cats.
Why are you passionate about running for mental health?
Because it literally saved my life and helps me maintain my mental health and sobriety daily.
Do you have a running mantra?
Just keep running.

Where is your favorite place to run?
In my neighborhood.
What are you most proud of (running or non running related)?
Recently hitting one year sober after 10 years of struggling with alcoholism.
Favorite running moment you’d love to re-live?
Crossing the finish line of my first marathon.
What’s your favorite way to recover after a run?
Drink chocolate milk!
What’s one fun fact most people don’t know about you?
I have a tattoo of a semi-colon on my left wrist reminding me to keep going even when things get tough.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Macaroni N Cheese!
